Segvia Consulting was founded with a clear vision: to create a firm where education, precision, and transparency are just as important as compliance and accuracy. We bring together engineering expertise and strategic tax insight, simplifying complex regulations and transforming them into real, measurable financial advantages for our clients.
With over seven years of experience as a civil engineer and cost segregation consultant, I have led national-level studies, managed construction projects, and supported real estate investors, business owners, and CPAs across the country. I am also trained in federal and state tax preparation, which allows Segvia to support clients through the entire tax process — from strategy, to entity structuring, to compliant filing.
As an Associate Member of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals (ASCSP), I remain committed to the highest professional standards in this field. This membership reflects my commitment to continuous learning, technical excellence, and contributing to industry best practices.
