Segvia Consulting was founded with a clear vision: to create a firm where education, precision, and transparency are as important as compliance and accuracy in cost segregation. We bring together engineering expertise and financial strategy, simplifying complex regulations and creating real, measurable value for our clients.
With over seven years of experience as a civil engineer and cost segregation consultant, I have managed construction projects, led cost segregation analyses at a national firm, and delivered high-quality results by combining engineering precision with financial insight. Along the way, I discovered a passion not just for solving complex tax problems, but for educating others through helping clients and professionals understand the ‘why’ behind the numbers.
As an Associate Member of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals (ASCSP), I remain committed to the highest professional standards in this field. This membership reflects my commitment to continuous learning, technical excellence, and contributing to industry best practices.
